📚 About Disease Risk Calculations

Our disease risk predictions are based on established models from agricultural research (ICAR, BLITECAST, Indo-Blightcast):

Late Blight (Potato/Tomato): High risk when relative humidity >90% and temperature 10-25°C. Severity values accumulate over 7 days, with thresholds: High (≥20), Medium (≥12), Low (<12).
Wheat Rust/Powdery Mildew: Infection risk increases when temperature is 10-20°C with relative humidity >80% for extended periods. Infection hours accumulate over 5-7 days.
