10. Preferred Crop Alerts and Subscriptions

10.1 Mandibhav.in offers subscription plans (Pro and Premium) that include price alert notifications via WhatsApp/SMS for your preferred crops.

10.2 Alert Limits: Alert limits vary by subscription plan:

• Pro Plan: Up to 5 preferred crop alerts
• Premium Plan: Up to 10 preferred crop alerts

10.3 Alert Content: Price alerts include national average prices for your selected crops. Prices are calculated from publicly available data and may have delays. Alerts are sent based on the latest available price data.

10.4 Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, or pricing with advance notice

10.5 Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day cancellation and refund window from the date of subscription purchase. During this period, subscribers may cancel their subscription and receive a full refund without providing a reason. After the 14-day window, no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or cancellations.
